Our Approach

Traditionally, technical IT security services for SMEs and domestic customers have been provided by computer hardware suppliers and enthusiasts, whether it be your local PC shop, big chain stores or cousin John's friend, the techno-wiz.

However, the fact is that as criminals design increasingly sophisticated ways of trying to infect computers to glean your personal details, or new flaws in network security software are identified, the knowledge needed to combat and protect against them becomes ever more specialised. General knowledge of how to fix a PC or run virus scans is no longer sufficient.

All localsupport technical engineers are experienced IT security professionals with at least one formal technical qualification in the area of IT security. Due to the large number of Microsoft products we work with, most are also required to be qualified as Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs).

Their extensive knowledge, gained from working in very large corporate environments where security issues can result in theft of commercially sensitive data or loss of personal information, means that you can be assured of the very best of service.
